YESTERDAY’S POST:I could not even write about what happened toJesus during His crucifixion. It is just too painful for me. I know we are advised to consider it all a good thing, in the long run, because it is part of His plan for our Salvation. However, my very human reaction is to recoil at the thought of the level of His suffering. At any rate, I chose to let the Bible say it for that particular post. Though it may be difficult for us to bear the excruciating events of His crucifixion, we do well to realize that the events were all part of God’s plan. They also glorify God, which is highly important. Let us think about the good in glorifying God on this Good Friday. In Jesus’ name

HIS CRUCIFIXION: Jesus knew. Matthew 17:22 Now while they were staying in Galilee, Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is about to be betrayed into the hands of men Luke 18:31 Then He took the twelve aside and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be accomplished. Luke 23:34 Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” And they divided His garments and cast lots. Luke 23:46 And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, “Father, ‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’” Having said this, He breathed His last.
